It's easy and convenient: simply scan your deposits from your office according to your work schedule. Deposits can be made during non-banking hours, up to 7 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.

Here's how it works:

• Receive check payments: Accept check payments from clients and vendors throughout the business day, at any of your business locations.
• Scan: Scan the front and back of each check, including the MICR line information and dollar amount.
• Review: Checks are totaled and an electronic deposit ticket amount is prepared for your review and approval.
• Submit: Your scanned check images are automatically extracted from our web-based system for processing after 7 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday to your HAB account.
